Paul David is a Board Director of Trifinium. Mr David is responsible for MBIA's Public Private Partnerships/Private Finance Initiative (PPP/PFI) where he oversaw the gowth of MBIA's PFI portfolio to 20 projects aggregating to over £4.5 billion and European transport businesses.
Mr. David was also responsible for the innovation of several financial products including the PFI-based Credit Guarantee Finance developed for the UK Government. Mr. David has over 17 years of experience in project and infrastructure finance, including seven years in these fields at Lloyds Bank and IBJ prior to joining MBIA in 1999.
Mr. David holds a BSc (Mathematics) from Imperial College, University of London.
