INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT

Personally identifiable information: In order to use certain features of the Site, we may request that you provide us with personally identifiable information, such as your contact details including e-mail address, (“Personally Identifiable Information”). Disclosure in Connection with a Sale of Trifinium: Notwithstanding anything in this Privacy Policy, we reserve the right to transfer Personally Identifiable Information to a third party, without your permission, to whom we transfer any of our rights or obligations under any agreement, or who acquires an interest in any of Trifinium’s assets, or in connection with a sale of stock, merger or consolidation or other transfer of the assets of Trifinium and/or of an affiliate or division, whether voluntarily or by operation of law, to such third party, or who is otherwise deemed to be a successor or transferee, provided that such third party agrees to protect the confidentiality of your Personally Identifiable Information consistent with this Privacy Policy.

CORRECTIONS, UPDATES AND REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION

By written request to Trifinium, you may correct any erroneous Personally Identifiable Information or request that Trifinium delete such Personally Identifiable Information.
