The Project Acting Controller Trust (“PACT”) facilitates capital markets access for both issuers and investors by providing a centralized point of contact during the structuring, due diligence and surveillance of complex infrastructure financings across a range of asset classes.

For institutional investors, PACT provides access to the specialised credit expertise of our staff as they develop portfolios of long-dated assets to match liabilities. The product provides an economy of scale to investors not wanting to hire the broad, specialised team required to manage such investments. For issuers and their advisors, PACT establishes one point of contact when seeking creditors’ views on structuring transactions and their votes when processing waivers and amendments post-closing.

Through PACT, Trifinium is able to offer investors the opportunity to selectively engage in new financings and refinancings of infrastructure debt on a bespoke basis – deal by deal – and according to each investor’s individual risk appetite.
